Use of the Bronco Card signifies acceptance of the following terms and conditions: The cardholder is responsible for observing the transaction amount changed to his/her account at the point and time of sales and the card holder is responsible for monitoring his/her own account balance. Account may be closed and refund of unused balance requested as follows: Refunds will be made by check within 30 working days from the day of refund request. No meal points if purchased a meal plan will be refunded. A $10.00 or 2% of balance processing fee will be charged for refund of unused money. The account holder acknowledges that this service is being offered for their convenience; therefore, it is their obligation to request the return of any unused funds in writing to the bronco bucks office. A card with no activity for a year will be deemed inactive and charged $2.00 per month until a refund is requested or the account reaches $0. The account holder is responsible for reporting lost or stolen cards either by logging on to GET and placing card on lost or notifying the bronco bucks office. The Cal Poly Pomona Foundation is not responsible for any misuse of the card.
