This meeting is for individuals responsible for Foundation accounts. The emphasis will be on improving 

communications and account holders’ understanding of policies and procedures as well as providing a 

forum to exchange ideas.

• December Deadlines
• P-Card: CEO User Profile/Mobile Alerts/International Travel
• EFT and Raffle Reporting
• Accounts Receivable Updates
• OneSolution upgrade
• Concur Travel Software
• Updates/Policy Changes


Following will be an open forum for any questions, comments and
