Marketing Department

Mission

Marketing provides services that promote the Foundation to internal and external constituents in a manner that will facilitate the organization's ability to achieve its stated goals. To accomplish this, Marketing's focus is two fold. First, to engage in activities which build awareness of and enhance the Foundation from a corporate standpoint. Secondly, to provide assistance to individual units in realizing their goals through various promotional endeavors.

E. Alex Hernandez Marketing - Assoc. Director and Webmaster , Marketing Phone: 909-869-3283 Fax: 909-869-4549 Alex Hernandez is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems. Mr. Hernandez joined the Foundation in 2003. He oversees the marketing department and designs, develops, and maintains all Foundation websites. Prior to joining the Foundation he owned and operated several retail businesses around Southern California.
Darren Isomoto Marketing Manager, Marketing Phone: 909-869-5434 Fax: 909-869-4549 Darren has been a part of the marketing team since he graduated from Cal Poly Pomona over 13 years ago. He started his career by launching the company’s presence in social media marketing. In recognition of his work, Darren has been asked to share his expertise with the California Association of College Stores, the National Association of College and University Food Services, and the California State University Auxiliary Organizations Association. He also serves in the university's MarComm Advisory Group. In 2020, Darren earned his master’s degree in business administration from Cal State Fullerton.
